Recap of My Basketball Game Prediction

As with the Super Bowl, I correctly predicted the winner and was off by 1 point from the true margin of victory for last night’s NCAA men’s basketball championship game. I picked North Carolina over Illinois, 83-77. North Carolina won 75-70. Not too shabby, if I may say so myself. The game went largely as I thought it would, except for the fact that North Carolina had a couple of huge leads that I had not anticipated. North Carolina simply has some athletes, and it looked to me like their instincts and strength were a little too much for the quick shooting fellows from Illinois. A very entertaining game.
