Two games remain in college football's bowl season. With many games in the books, fans have been treated to some great action. From the crazy Cal-Stanford-like ending to Michigan-Nebraska to Alabama's fearsomely ugly last second field goal, the action has generally not disappointed.

Regardless what was said during years past, the BCS got it right this time around. The number one Southern California Trojans and the number two Texas Longhorns will be playing on January 4, 2006, in the Rose Bowl for the national championship. I could not want it any other way.

The Texas Longhorns played their rivalry game this morning against Texas A&M and continued on their undefeated path to the Rose Bowl for the national championship game. The final score was 40-29, but the game felt much closer than that.
